15 Percent Of Ballad Staff Could Be Effected If Federal Agency COVID-19 Vaccination Plan Is Approved

Ballad Health CEO Alan Levine is asking the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services to reconsider its ruling, which is tied up in court, that would eventually lead to full vaccination requirements for more than 13 thousand COVID19 health care staff within the Ballad system. More than 95 percent of Ballad nurses are fully vaccinated, however, only 60 percent of non physician employees are fully vaccinated in the health care provider’s 21 county service area.
