Ballad Health announces new early learning center

Ballad Health announced plans on Tuesday to open a center for early learning that will accommodate up to 80 children in Kingsport in early 2025. The Ballad Health Center for Early Learning in Kingsport will be located at 2020 Brookside Drive, on the Indian Path Community Hospital campus. Ballad said the center will significantly increase childcare capacity for both Ballad employees and the community. The new center will operate from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m., accommodating up to 80 children and employing 21 childcare professionals with training provided for those hired without certification.
