Former member of court-sponsored program arrested for threats
A man recently dismissed from a court-sponsored program in Washington County, Tennessee threatened a court employee using a series of text messages, according to police.
Matthew Dykes Clark, 28, of Johnson City is charged with retaliation for past action, harassment, and simple assault after deputies were alerted to those notes that investigators said were traced back to Clark’s phone.
The report said Clark also made threats to others associated with the program. He is scheduled for an appearance in Sessions Court on Wednesday.
