Home destroyed following Tuesday fire in St. Paul, VA

A St. Paul, VA home is a loss following a house fire on Tuesday.

Crews were called to a fire at a residence on Second St. in the Morefield Bottom area, but were unable to save the structure from being destroyed.

The homeowners were not at the house at the time, and the Red Cross is assisting them. Several other departments and agencies assisted the St. Paul Fire Department with putting out the blaze. The fire is under investigation.
