State of TN wants Megan Boswell to serve back to back sentences

The state of Tennessee filed sentence enhancement documents in the Megan Boswell case Tuesday. The Second Judicial District Attorney General’s Office wants Boswell to serve her sentences back-to-back rather than all together. If the judge agrees, those enhancements will keep Boswell in prison for the rest of her life. Boswell was found guilty on 19 charges in the murder of her toddler daughter Evelyn, including three first degree murder counts. The hearing is scheduled for May 22.
