WCSO TN arrests woman for multiple drug offenses

Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 43 year old April Dawn Hixson on February 6 and charged her with multiple drug related offenses. Sheriff’s Office Deputies with the Strike Team were patrolling Telford-New Victory Road and stopped Hixon for a traffic violation. Deputies discovered she had an active warrant for Failure to Appear from Sessions Court. A K9 located narcotics in the vehicle. That search revealed Methamphetamine, two glass pipes and more than 20 small baggies commonly used in the distribution and sale of narcotics. Several pills were found and identified as Schedule IV Narcotics. Hixson was transported to the Washington County Detention Center and her next appearance in Criminal Court is February 26.
